§ 1-14. Disposition of fines and costs.

(a)

All fines and costs collected under the terms of this Code or other county ordinances shall be paid over to the director of finance of the county and credited by him to the county general revenue fund.

(b)

Costs shall be taxed in prosecution under this Code or other county ordinances in the same amounts and in the same manner as prescribed by law in misdemeanor cases under the Code of Virginia, as amended.
